Short Film- Orange Drive

Orange Drive is a short film with a run time of almost 11 minutes. It follows the story of a guy over the course of a year. The interesting thing about this short film in particular is that it is all told from inside of his car. The camera is mounted on the front of the car looking in, producing a very interesting view on the story as it is perceived that you are in the car with him.
The main character hangs out with friends, goes on dates and travels during the course of the film. You are there during the fun times but also the hardships of his year. I don’t want to go to far into detail about the film because I wouldn’t want to ruin any of it for anyone. It is a very relatable film though as he gains and loses people and things in his life as we have all had to go through.
I very much enjoy this work of art because of how relatable it is to myself. Also the way that it was shot makes it very unique, which I throughly enjoyed and was at awe at. I would recommend this short film to everyone for the fact of it being so different than most anything you have seen but also at how well it tells it’s story. Be warned that there is cussing and drug reference involved but please do not let that deter you from seeing this beautiful piece. The link to Orange Drive can be found below.
