Seven Brides For
Seven Brothers
So, I got to go see Seven Brides for Seven Brothers Friday.
It was pretty fun…yeah.
As to get the blog credit, I thought Sean and Sam’s dancing
was rather humorous, I loved how they started out all awkward and had jerky
movements, but they got the flow down eventually.
I think my favorite parts of the show were when the brothers
were talking about kidnaping the girls, and then doing the actual deed. The
good, old fashioned comedy of everyone running about the stage and getting into
weird situations really made me laugh…. Meow! Hehehe.
So, here is what to take from this story. Don’t go getting
married to someone you have only known for 3 hours, and if their life seems too
good to be true…it is. When the wife you just basically kidnaped teaches your
brothers manners, takes them to a social, and they find girls, don’t decide to
talk about kidnaping them. Do not ever, ever, act upon the last statement… And
when you do, your wife’s baby shall be claimed by all the girls you convinced
your siblings to drag up the mountain.
(I would completely disregard that last paragraph were I
you)
To be honest, I think this was meant to be a fun slice of
life. There isn’t a particular deeper meaning, except maybe this: life is
unexpected, and will probably be pretty chaotic at times, so be prepared for
anything to be thrown at you.
Random Thought of the Blog: ... hmm. Well...yeah I got nothing this time.
