Riot Games Impose Restrictions on LoL Streamers

Recently it's come to public attention that Riot Games is now going to impose restrictions on players who stream League of Legends on websites like Twitch.tv. These restriction include playing a series of specific games while simultaneously playing League. The cause for this rather odd restriction (as it lists several games from specific developers) is unknown, and is quite the annoyance for streamers. At the pro-level, League of Legends players have to wait for several minutes before they can get placed into a match. During this time they play other games that have quick match times.
