I have mixed feelings about this movie. There is no better description than that. The plot itself is very diverse and shocking. it is an adaptation of a Broadway musical. I will not go over the plot because it might be disturbing to some readers; however, just to give an idea about it I will say that it has transvestites, sex and music. Critics have given this movie mixed reviews. Some say this movie is really good and that it is a piece of pop culture others say that this movie is not so good. I really can’t make up my mind about it because i find it amusing and ‘creative’. The music in the film is very catchy and very broadway-ish. My favorite song in the film is ‘Time Warp” because it is so catchy. Some of the characters are a bit creepy but I think this is what makes the movie different and interesting. I wouldn’t consider it one of the best movies of all time but I won’t deny that it is really amusing and disturbing at the same time. Some of the topics in the movie might be uncomfortable to some audience and I completely understand that. Has anyone else seen this movie? I would love to hear your reviews!
First off I gotta say that I really, REALLY enjoy your blog posts. They're really unique and intelligent and whenever I see your name at the bottom of the blog post I immediately scroll back up to read it because I love what you have to say. Secondly, I really need to see this. I heard it was really good and that it was also controversial, so it'll definitely be interesting to see. Where'd you watch it? I hear it's actually a really fun experience to go and see it as a legitimate play, but that only 18+ are allowed entrance.
